There are many people in this world who are allergic to gluten. Not only can they not have several wheat products, but they also have to keep away from baked products as well. While some people are unable to digest it, there are others who don’t consume it because of health reasons. There are some bakeries which keep such requirements of customers in mind and thereby serve only gluten-free baked products. In this video you will get to see products and service at one such bakery. Mieke Johnson, the owner here is herself gluten-intolerant, from where this idea was born. She tells her story of how the dedicated gluten free facility was started.
